The Doe Run Company is seeking a Remediation Supervisor to ensure safety and health of the Remediation Team and coordinate construction and remediation activities planned for Doe Run.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform day-to-day supervisory duties for the remediation crews.
  • Monitor the safety and health practices of the remediation team and offer training and development in safety as needed.
  • Assist in project management and cost control for remediation projects.
  • Manage time cards and other administrative tasks for the remediation crew.
  • Track and manage team equipment and required maintenance.
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Credentials:

  • Degree in construction management, preferred
  • A minimum of 5 or more years' experience in construction management
  • Valid, current driver's license and CDL
  • MSHA 40 hour training
  • OSHA Hazwoper certification

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions
  • Ability to work with heavy equipment
  • Ability to use good judgment and communicate effectively
