The Doe Run Company is seeking a Maintenance Clerk to provide administrative support to maintenance at our Resource Recycling Plant in Boss, MO.  


  • Administer daily equipment operating data to support preventative maintenance activity.  Manage maintenance management system to keep track of work orders, weekly & monthly PMs, and distribute reports to supervisors. 
  • Assist with information and communication flow with maintenance staff and operational staff.  Post plant communication items for employees on bulletin boards. 
  • Edit AS400 PM (preventative maintenance) inspection documents and schedules as required. 
  • Assist with documentation and analysis of maintenance key performance indicators. Develop and maintain weekly and monthly reports with charts and distribute. 
  • Assist planners as needed


  • High School or equivalent
  • 1 to 3 years office management and/or administration experience
  • Proficient Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, Outlook)
  • AS400, Maintenance Management System ( a plus)
